BRAVA FOODS PRODUCTION LINE

Right First Time Engineering was contracted by Brava Foods to design, install, and commission a state-of-the-art production line for their food processing facility in Nairobi. This project required a high degree of customization to handle a variety of food products while ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards.

The installation included stainless steel processing tanks, high-precision filling machines, and automated labeling and packaging systems. We integrated a centralized control system that allows for easy switching between different product recipes and packaging formats.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Installation of food-grade stainless steel processing equipment.
• Setup of high-precision liquid and semi-liquid filling lines.
• Integration of automated labeling and secondary packaging systems.
• Design and installation of a CIP (Clean-In-Place) system for automated cleaning.
• Full system integration with a user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
