Right First Time Engineering was engaged by Kenya Wine Agencies (KWA) to install a complete RGB (Returnable Glass Bottle) line at their production facility. This project involved the full mechanical and electrical installation of bottling line equipment, designed to handle high-volume returnable glass bottle operations with optimal efficiency.

The scope covered the installation of bottle washers, fillers, cappers, labellers, and conveyor systems, all integrated into a seamless production line. Our team ensured precise alignment and calibration of all equipment to deliver maximum throughput while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
