MWANZA BREWERY EXPANSION

Our team conducted a comprehensive technical audit and implemented a robust preventive maintenance program for the SABMiller facility in Mwanza, Tanzania. This project was critical in identifying operational bottlenecks and ensuring the long-term reliability of the production lines.

The audit covered all mechanical and electrical systems, focusing on efficiency, safety, and compliance with international standards. Following the audit, we developed and deployed a customized maintenance schedule that significantly reduced unplanned downtime.
